Welcome to CalPack! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the CalPack mobile application (the "Service") operated by Andrei Ivanou ("us," "we," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CalPack is a tool designed to help you track your nutrition. The Service allows you to log meals, analyze nutritional content (including through photo analysis), monitor your weight, and track your progress through charts and journaling. Features may be available through a free version of the Service or through paid subscriptions ("Premium Features").

2. CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Not Medical Advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and must not be considered medical advice.

• Not a Medical Device: CalPack is not a medical device. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health issue or disease.
• Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or a registered dietitian with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, dietary changes, or fitness regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by the Service.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: The nutritional information provided by the Service, including data from photo analysis, is an estimate and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Users with medical conditions, such as diabetes or food allergies, should not rely solely on the information provided by the Service. Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the Subscription plan you select.

At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You can manage and cancel your Subscription through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, from which you originally downloaded the application. You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the Apple App Store.
