- 📸 Insect Identification via Camera: Identify insects by taking photos using your iPhone’s camera.
- 📍 Mapping Observations: Add identified insects to a map using your device’s geolocation.
- 🖼️ Photo Gallery Identification: Identify insects by uploading photos from your iPhone’s gallery.
- 📚 Educational Content: Access detailed information about various insect species.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the App, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that any information you provide, including photos and location data, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Respect Intellectual Property: Do not upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Maintain Security: Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Comply with Laws: Use the App in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Insect ID: Your Bug Guide and are protected by intellectual property laws.
